Over 600 singer-songwriters submitted original material to the 4th Annual Williamsburg Live Songwriter Competition (WLSC2007). 150 people made it into the "live" competition, which took place over 8 consecutive nights from November 3-10. This CD is a compilation of the 9 finalists' live performances at the Finals at Luna Lounge in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.

In 2006, over 500 musicians submitted a recorded song to the 3rd Annual Williamsburg Live Songwriter Competition (WLSC2006). 150 people were chosen to play in the "live" competition, which took place over 8 consecutive nights from September 15-22. This film is a documentary about the WLSC2006, its finalists, being an independent musician, and the NYC music scene.

contestants played the 2nd Annual Williamsburg Live Songwriter
Competition. This gritty and original competition hosted some
of New York City's top emerging Indie Songwriters. This compilation
features the live performances from the top twelve finalists
such as Jaymay, Theo Eastwind, and Ian Thomas.
