Charles Theodore Zerner

Charles Theodore Zerner grew up in France and the US, graduated with honors from Harvard University, and moved to New York to sing in the subways.
Kat

Kat's live performance has traditionally been more stripped down, featuring a trio that includes Monachello on drums and Brandon Wilde (Black Bunny) on bass and harmonies. Kat expresses interest in expanding this live act to the point where the soundscapes on Oh, The Humanity! can be done justice.
Lowry

"Alex Lowry's psychedelic neo/anti-folk pop is an offbeat offshoot where the hurdy gurdy man takes us on a twisted magical mystery tour. Hot wired and intense, even in its quieter moments, this is challenging, innovative music that pushes established boundaries with alarming ease." CREATIVE LOAFING, ATLANTA
Project Jenny, Project Jan

In late 2005, Project Jenny, Project Jan released their first self-titled EP and offered the mp3s up free-and-legal on their site. The press took notice, calling it a “shockingly dynamic, danceable, and hilarious affair” (Billboard) and “incomparable” (Deli Magazine). Their engaging live show got its well-deserved attention too: “This is a band that should be taken seriously, even while singing about homemade sex tapes and the Chinatown bus.” (gothamist.com).
Meowskers

Brooklyn-based power trio Meowskers delivers hungry, ecstatic rock, touched with a heavenly glow. On their debut release, Fake Orange EP, the band combines the jagged darkness of early Black Sabbath with the holy drive of U2, smoothing it out with the sexy swagger of 80's synth pop.
Abigail Warchild

"Abigail Warchild recently relocated from Boston, and we're hoping they do well here in NYC. They're heavy without being gimmicky and stylish without being too precious." - the L Magazine.

J.A.C.K.

J.A.C.K. was born in Greenpoint, Brooklyn in early 2005. Percussionist Timothy Monaghan and multi instrumentalist Jao Paulo Gilberto joined singer/ guitarist Scott "Chainsaw" Holland, undoubtedly North America's finest rock singer, to create the impossible sound. Chris the Musical Tornado Tordini has recently joined on bass and keys. This band moves like a boa conflictor and shakes like a gypsy trapping you in fashion.
Elizabeth Harper & The Matinee

"She's been called 'The Female Morrissey', has a truly gorgeous voice, a way with words that would make Mozzer proud, and a gift for guitar-laden melody that would have Johnny Marr clutching his hair in rapture. Elizabeth is effortlessly stylish, with the attitude of PJ Harvey and the look of a young Chrissie Hynde. Her voice soars with the majesty and early elegance of those early Sundays records.
